Real-time scopeLoom's real-time path is an Azure-native analytics pipeline — Event Hubs → Azure Stream Analytics / Real-Time Intelligence (ADX), typically sub-second to low-second end-to-end. It is not a Palantir Phonograph-style sub-100 ms transactional ontology object store, and it does not provide live object writeback — analyst edits use a separate Power Apps + SQL-endpoint path. IL6 / classified-SCI workloads are out of scope (sponsor-specific deploys only; see ADR-0001).
